Zupa ala barszcz ukraiński/ Soup a'la Ukrainian Borsch

Do dużego garnka wrzucamy: 3-4 litry wody, wcześniej moczona i ugotowana fasole i groch, kilka ziemniaków pokrojonych w kostke, dwa buraki, cebule, kilka zabków czosnku, marchewka, por, liście od selera, kawałek korzenia selera, garść suszonych grzybów, przyprawy: sól , pieprz, kurkuma, kolendra, pieprz cayenne. Gotować okoł 40min. Zupa rozgrzewajaca i bardzo sycąca.

In a big pot add: add 3-4l of water, previously cooked red beans and peas, few potatoes cut into small pieces, 2 beets also cut in small square pieces, an onion, few cloves or garlic, few carrots cut in pieces, leek, celery leaves, few pieces of celery roots, handful of dried wild mashrooms, pices: salt, pepper, turmeric, correander, cayenne pepper. Cook around 40mins. Soup is very spice and nice ona cold days, with tons of veggies it it very  fulfiling!
